Hi Jon Gilbert,

I would not trust ReimagePlus, these programs say that they will scan and repair, clean and optimse your computer, when there goal is to scam your money out of you. Once you install the software, it will infect the system and do all sorts of nasty things to the system and trick you to think there was problems with your computer from the start when there wasn't.

This software is malicious and should be removed, it also adware. So when browse the internet, the software will redirect you to an unsafe or nasty website.

If you do have this software, you will need to run malware removal scans to make sure your system is clean. Please see below:

OK but it is still adware, which is still nasty and should be removed, also under 'How to remove ReimagePlus.com pop-up ads (Virus Removal Guide)' on the page they show that when scanning with Malwarebytes and HitmanPro it comes up as malware, Trojan, unwanted program and etc. I highly recommend anyone who has it, to immediately remove it.

That's to do with the adverts not the actual program. The program itself is legit albeit a crap program like sysmechanic etc but the program itself is not malicious.
