Apps on Windows 10 being reset to default Apps

Today, all day I am getting messages "An app caused a problem with the default App" and say Firefox was changed to Edge - I would change it back and 5 mins later it would change back to Edge.
I reckon Microsoft are doing this, Huge European Anti-trust fine coming their way, probably $400 million.
