Each and every time I've used Adwcleaner and OTL for Maintenance purposes it the results are that my Windows Video App are disabled with an error stating that it is unable to play video try again.

My resolution is to Re-install Windows 10 from USB to clear the problem. I'm using an ACER Aspire Laptop. This as I said has occurred each and every time I've used these programs with Windows 10 can you provide suggestions as to why this is happening?

I know this don't help your situation, but I would like to make it clear that these are very powerful tools and come with no warranty and you use them at your own risk.
   
AdwCleaner is now owned by Malwarebytes, they do have a forum where you can post your problems..Here They will know more about this program.

Hi Compton,
I downloaded the latest and greatest of the adw cleaner. I scanned the system finding more than 20 questionable files. I unchecked those that I believed were false-positives and let it clean it. I'm pleased to say that all of my Apps are still working alive and kicking! thank you!

what happen here some malicious app or program was install then what it did is to change the search Engine Internet Explorer
what apps and programs did you install on windows 10?

its probably did also change some settings in windows 10 apps

Can you recommend questionable files from this upload that appear to be questionable?
I'm attaching a snipping tool image to provide you with the installed programs of Windows 10. The TmNation programs are ones I've had for years.
