Got to work out whether its hardware or software related.

In no particular order, so use common sense in order they should be done.

  1. Backup Data
  2. Check BIOS to see what Mode your in RAID, IDE or ACHI?
  3. Try Last Known Good Configuration
  4. Boot to Safe Mode
  5. Open Command Prompt and run SFC /scannow
  6. Try Clean Boot state
  7. Check for BAD or Corrupt drivers
  8. Open command prompt and type: Chkdsk /f /r
  9. Check Hard Drive for damage with tools like Crystal Disk and Seagate Tools
  10. Replace drive if bad
  11. Clean Install
