If you check use original boot configuration, then msconfig is at default settings. Check that, click apply and then restart your computer.
I would highly recommend you create a system restore point before changing it to original boot configuration, just encase something goes wrong, you can revert back.

I don't understand the question? msconfig is the title and a image? can you please attempt to create a better title and supply as much info as possible, the human specie has not evolved enough to use mind reading skills yet.
