how to blacklist a TPM module in Linux Lite

run this command first let see if you have any TPM modules

Change TPM Embedded Security Chip

HP's machines UEFI BIOS, to close TPM? Boot PC/Laptop and constantly tap the F10 key to enter the BIOS, select Security under the TPM Embedded Security.

TPM Device will be set to Hidden or available, change to required setting and then press F10 to save the settings to restart.

   

If you BIOS looks different it will be in the security tab

you have one TPM modules would you please remove the text its making hard to see

sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist

then enter that  in gedit

select save in gedit
