How to disable Airplane mode

Hi Folks.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to disable airplane mode. When I try to turn it off its stuck on ON mode. The tips I saw online does not work and if there is another way ,Maybe some tinkering with registry I dont know. I run windows 10 Thanks David
