I have a question about some command keys

bcdedit /set useplatformclock true in order for this to work its supposed to be enabled in my bios but i cant even change if i want ide or ahci in my bios so how does this stuff work? i posted some links and the pictures of the main stuff in my bios below

You could try Enabling Legacy to see if more options are available but as it's a HP machine I wouldn't even waste my time on it as their BIOS tends to be locked out and may require some modding to access the full features. Really not worth the hassle.
