Accidentally replaced Windows partition with Ubuntu
#1
I was trying to install Ubuntu alongside my current edition of windows and i screwed up. I accidentally replaced the main partition, which was Windows, and replaced, unknowingly. So I have a broken computer and no system repair discs. Aside from re-installing the OS, which I can't do because I lost the discs long ago, what are my options?

I apologize for any spelling/grammar errors, my keyboard lags.

So now you have Ubuntu and no Windows Partition? and you have NO Windows disc to reinstall Windows 8

  1. Did the Laptop or Desktop computer with Windows 8 preinstalled or was in a upgrade from Windows 7 to 8
  2. Whats the Make and Model of computer? or is it a custom build?
  3. You may be able to contact the manufacturer or that Laptop or Desktop and get them to send you a recovery disc (there maybe a small fee for these recovery discs)
