if you would like to view images in this tutorial please register a account on forum

First of all, please disable your antivirus! So Please disable computer/Antivirus real time protection.

1. After you have disabled your anti-virus, when windows 10/8.1 is running, hold the shift key down and click restart on the Windows start menu/start screen. You will then be presented with the troubleshooting screen:
Click on Troubleshooting

3. Select System Restore

Your PC will restart and it will say Preparing System Restore. Once the screen loads up, select your user account, my one is RECdevicehelper in this example, yours will be different.
