how remove adware from the system

Please run sfc /scannow in an elevated CMD Prompt and let us know if it finds any corruptions

have run this at high CMD - script still there

Running the additions you have asked for , Already have Malwarebytes and have run it also have adware and run it, but will run again at the moment system is very stable & scan are repeatedly saying no threats or issues found. so looking like with your help we have cleaned out the bugs...

no files not encrypted and have never used the Torrent system--

  • Right-click on [Image: FRST.png] icon and select [Image: RunAsAdmin.jpg] Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Make sure that Addition option is checked.
  • Press Scan button and wait.
  • The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
Please copy and paste their content into your next reply.

don't see anything mayor on the system

I would use remove all macfree stuff from the computer use a free antivirus

disable  any startup program you are not using uninstall any program you are not using

I would like you to start your PC in Safe mode as explained in the following article and see if this issue occurs.

- Tick/Check the box next to "Use Automatic Configuration Script"

- Delete the link, then uncheck the box.....link gone!

Can you please post logs from these scans as requested?

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Install the progam and select update.
  • Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detctions & protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
  • If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
  • Click Application Logs and double-click the Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

Please download JRT by Malwarebytes and save the file to your desktop.
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.
  • Right-click on [Image: junkware_removal_tool.png] icon and select [Image: RunAsAdmin.jpg] Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Follow the prompts and let this process run uninterrupted. 
  • This scan can take a while, depending on your System specs.
  • Upon completion, a log (JRT.txt) will open on your desktop.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

Do not forget to re-enable your previously switched off protection software!
Please also manually reboot your machine after this procedure.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your desktop.

  • When finished, please click Clean.
  • Upon completion, click Report. A log (AdwCleaner[S*].txt) will open.
