How to change the way Cpu graph is displayed in windows 10 ( Aniversry update1607)

Right click on the taskbar and in the menu select task manager

   

Once the task manager is displayed click on the performance tab then select cpu. Right click on the cpu graph

   

when the menu is displayed hover your mouse over change graph to and select logical processors and thats it
