NAMASKAR, I AM FROM INDIA.
I AM NEW , I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IN MY PC.
LOT OF PROBLEM IN MY PC, I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS.
PLEASE GIVE ME A GOOD SUGGESTION TO RECTIFY.

Maa, please try to be as precise as possible so that we can help. Just asking us to give suggestions but not giving us any idea of what's happening with your PC, won't help

daily firefox crash.
my mouse malfunctioned.
i am doubt with my driver.
and many more.

ok maa please try to keep to one thread I have removed the other thread

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Install the progam and select update.
  • Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detctions & protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
  • If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
  • Click Application Logs and double-click the Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

How many more are we talking? Lots?
If so you may wish to do a repair install.
You may wish to run a sfc /scannow cmd to see what it says.
You may wish to run a DISM command to repair the image.

There are lots of options available but telling us the computers not working or Firefox keeps crashing (and not supplying an error code or message is not helping).

We need as much detail as possible concerning the issues you have.

Thank you but please try to be more precise. Firefox could be crashing because of some extensions. Have you tried removing the extensions or clearing the browser cache?

Do you have a USB mouse? If yes, try connecting it to another USB port and check
