In the windows 10 search box, type:
Code:
Power Options
and select power options control panel

then select Balanced (recommended)

Really that solved it?

I only say this as you were already using balanced settings, hibernate is enabled by default in Win 10 (which is how it can start and shutdown quickly).
If everything's working fine then don't worry but just FYI to disable hibernate open an elevated cmd prompt and type:

Quote:powercfg -h off
