#1
hi guys i keep getting this error 10016 which crashes my computer every-time i'm on it i have change operating systems from windows 7 windows 8 and 8.1 and now i'm using windows 10 pro so i'm pretty lost at the moment. I've tried everything what they have said to do with the regedit and the component services administrative tool here are the error details in the events:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}
and APPID
{9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Perform SFC scan

Click 'Start' > Type cmd in the search field > Right-click the command prompt at the top of the list and select 'Run as Administrator'
Inside the command prompt, type sfc /scannow > Press 'Enter'
4. Reboot and test.

You can try these fix, you might want to create a restore point and backup the registry before you make changes.

I would suggest you to just let that be. I remember it to be a well known issue that Microsoft addressed but there is no official fix that works 100 per cent

I've seen those errors appear in the event viewer even after making all the necessary changes
