#1
System specs

Some how receive side scaling has been enabled without any assistance from me and according to Intel there's certain nic supports this feature well according to list my nic doesn't support it but the feature is in the device properties. Should I disable it or leave it on?

No. I always turn off my power management mainly on my Ethernet and Wi-Fi connection before I turn off power management on the devices I check the advanced tab just for the settings and this time it was set to enabled and I didn't do anything with it for it to be enabled.

Your CPU does not support Hyperthreading, so it should support RSS.
