windows iso customization

Hey guys I am looking for a way to customize my windows iso so when i do a fresh install it is customized with my tweaks and settings? the software needs to be

1.portable
2.free
3. does not require extra software to work

also I have another question for you what antivirus software do you use/recommend also do you recommend upgrading to windows 10? I look forward to hearing from you thanks.

This link is to another video of britecs lol britec does a series of tests with the free popular antivirus programs out there but it could help you decide which one you like best but as for paid antivirus kaspersky and norton as for windows 10 ill have to think about that one because there's a new version of windows 10 coming out on the 11th so I can't give you a for sure answer or not.
