Save my Outlook email

Hello,

My computer crash and I want to know is there a way to save my Microsoft Outlook 2003 email then ported it to a new PC.

Pull your .pst file from C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Make sure the .pst file is named as your Outlook account that you want to pull over.

If the mailbox is located in the cloud or on another server and you're unable to access your computer, the offline data file could be rebuilt by configuring your Outlook with the mailbox in the new PC

If however you're able to access your computer, it would be better to do as Tim advised

Isn't the easiest way is to archive email manually? then you can save the folder to your new computer and import it back to new outlook.
In outlook 2013 click File > Info > Cleanup Tools > Archive
Click the Archive this folder and all subfolders option, and choose the folder you want to archive
Then enter a date from which you need your email to be saved
Check the box Include items with “Do not AutoArchive” then click Ok

If you archive, you basically move the data from your Outlook to the pst file whereas when you export to pst, it copies the Outlook data to the pst file

Does this also include Windows Live Mail? I looked around and for some reason I can't find Documents and Settings.
