I'm trying to install vista home premium and I keep getting an error message could it be that the graphics card doesn't have the proper configuration?
Its a built in NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE and the options in the bios are pci,pci-e and onboard?

Is this a 64bit version of Vista? If so what are the specs?

Your link gives a 404.
Is it true it originally shipped with XP?
Is the Vista disc genuine?
Have you tried to install without the wifi adaptor included?
Do both RAM sticks work?
Does the fan spin at all?
Error lights on the case?
It's difficult to pinpoint without an error code or seeing what's attached and what's not.

There's a setting in the bios Local Bus Use Adapter
With the options disabled, secondary, primary or both?
And the mother has sata capabilities but the power supply seems to be for ide because the power supply has only ide power plugs and one of an is plugged into a female adapter that plugs into the sata power on the sata hard drive
