It's going to be difficult to fix when you don't have the laptop to hand to try fix's suggested by people. I suggest we wait until you have the laptop back.

Ma'ruf if you need one of thread to be re open just pm myself or admins

sometimes if one week past without any replys we will close a thread

this is to prevent thread hijacking
