This case still makes me so confuse to take action and make a decision. My this ext hdd can run NORMALLY on most PCs, but not on most laptops. If happens freeze with my ext hdd, I still can release and plug-in it again then backward and backward in windows explorer. But of course it's not good much for my ext hdd if I do too often.

I think the question you have to ask yourself do most computer/pc have more then one Av

I think the answer to that question would be no

Please remove all the security software that you have installed and see if the issue occurs
