its not showing up it should show up even if the flash drive is corrupted

that tells me probably the Usb 2.0 port is dead but from what you said it will not show on any other computer when plugin to Usb 2.0 port

ok plugin the flash drive into a Usb 3.0 port do diskpart list disk

take a screenshot post it on the forum
