Windows updates says im not connected to the internet but im able to browse online is there a fix for this? i remember having the same issue back when "xp was supported" i cant update from the main windows updates just the other one because i keep getting this when i execute windows updates " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
Notes: I installed xp media center to my computer because it seems to run xp better than the other systems. id like to get my system updated as far as it can because i have programs that i use that are only compatible for xp

Theres still updates i just cant use the windows updates that opens in internet explorer. If i use the force updates command the update notification shows in the task bar tray.
