Below is a video of the modifications I can due to tweak my graphics card but I'm not sure which settings I need to adjust

I would disable display 3D to see if that would make a difference
in any case I don't think your cpu can do the 64bit version

what setting would i need to choose? i figured id stay with the 32 bit exe but if i can bring better performance by adjusting settings on my graphics card thatd be cool

You ask a lot from HD onboard graphics. you going to have to mess with the settings until your get it just right.
Is it HD 3000 or HD 4000?
