Hi i get every now and then when i shutdown my PC (Windows 10) and exception error message regarding windows explorer - don't have the error number - not sure how to get it to show you,,, thanks it doesn't do it all the time

we would need the error code can you please try to get the error code
when shutting down your computer make sure close off all open programs

I included an attachment of the error message - but here it is typed out:
Explorer.exe - application error
The instruction at 0x00007FFCA104C08C referenced memory at 0x00007FFC562D2DB8. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program.
Any idea of how to fix it - it does not do it all the time
