Are these cases able to have a dvd player installed on them

Also what windows OS will work on the motherboard processor

Hello i looked at that case compatable psu my areocool 700 not compatable, so if i get an full tower any M-ATX motherboard will fit it
maybe a M-ATX is better what Operating System can i get on my motherboard
