I want to do the repair install because it seems much more safer then a format but I don't know if I have all the requirements needed for it. I don't a windows 8 cd, it came pre-installed and I don't know if i have a windows key.

I am just running windows 8, that's what it says on my control panel.
Not to sure if i was looking in the right place on the control panel though

Wait so am I downloading windows 8. And burning it onto the USB or DVD ?
Is there any other way then formatting and repair install or are these my only options?

Ok then also do you think you can do it for me through teamviewer, the burning to a USB or DVD because I am almost positive I am going to mess something up and ruin my computer, I don't really trust myself to do this so can you?
I have never done that before too
