Ok...
How does the system run after it finally boots into Windows? Is it XP or Vista?

We'll find out after windows is installed Windows runs fine it just takes way to long to get to the desktop including the time it takes that the post screen to actually get to the blinking curser then to the xp logo.

Check in BIOS for a setting to allow you to either use Quick Boot or Skip POST.

I checked in the bios and that part is disabled for the diagnostic part Alright i checked to see if the cpu was seated properly so i took it apart and reseated it and what not and once i had it back together and the cables all plugged in i plugged in the mouse, keyboard and lan i didnt get a green light so i tried a different outlet and the same thing well i tried a different power cord and sure enough there was power.
