yes i do, i am sorry that i am replying slowly i have a disability and can't use my hands. i type with my head, I have to wait until i can get someone to loan me their hands

ok when you get the other keyboard plugin use mousekeys then check to see if you will get bosd

this way we can rule out the keyboard as the problem

found the what was causing bosd. i was using https://donewmouseaccel.blogspot.com/2010/03/markc-windows-7-mouse-acceleration-fix.html to make the mousekeys faster, i put it back the 8.1 settings and now Windows 10.16299.64 work fine
