after i downloaded and installed new drivers with DriverPack, it gives me same message

I am pretty sure your pc is not affected but just wanted to validate; I am curious why it says that the ME driver version is unknown
Run the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and see if it detects any lack of drivers

Yes, but it couldn't determine the version; it would be better if you run the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and then check the status of the ME driver

Okay, and what does the device manager say about the Intel ME interface driver? Is there an exclamation mark next to the driver there?
