I would first make sure the Hash can be verified and then what version you want? SP1, SP2, SP3, Pro, Home etc

This also looks good

Its always best to make sure they are verified and as original as possible.

Install the Microsoft File Checksum Integrity Verifier tool from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=11533. Then using fciv.exe with Command Prompt.

And this link will help https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/841290/availability-and-description-of-the-file-checksum-integrity-verifier-u#bookmark-5

I typed this "C:\fciv -sha1 C:\Documents and Settings\Christopher\My Documents\Downloads\Windows XP Home Edition SP3 Retail (ENG, Original).iso" in which in return gave me this

Do you have a checksum to compare the outcome to? otherwise there is little point.

Usually they would be on the site with the ISO files, that way you know the download hasn't been interfered with.
