Will i need to install windows 7 64bit after adding hardware

The hardware being added is the 2 listed below:

1. NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 285 256mb

2. 4GB 4 x 1GB PC2 5300U Non-ECC DDR2 667 240pin DIMM

I figured id do a clean install since im adding a new hard drive also.

if your CPU supports dual core, you can install win7 x64

I would suggest you do a clean install. You can get more performance with a fresh install.
