how do i change background color for open window dialog boxes

recently i experimented using UXI theme changer. to basically change system theme for a custom one. the program is running ok... however, the dropdown menus in browsers including system open dialog boxes, all the fonts are either too faint to recognize or have dissapeared, and only way to see them is to hover with cursor. i forgot which setting i can go to to try and fix this issue
i would not to use 3rd party themes so it doesn't cause firefox looking weird

I've never used that Theme changer, so you will have to fiddle with it to get what you're looking for.

its ok now homies. i got rid of that theme. i just really tired of looking at default theme. no worries, cheers

uxstyle and universal theme patcher is out of date, i would try and use https://www.syssel.net/hoefs/software_uxtheme.php?lang=en
