Because I have the same processor that came with the computer but I did install Intel Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) Driver with snappy driver installer instead of using HPs website. I usually install the Intel Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) Driver by downloading it from the hp website then when I am in device manager merge the file downloaded from the hp website.

Has anyone ever received this kind of error before?

Did you check the CPU Support List also check to see if there is a BIOS update for that motherboard and that should resolve the issue
