weird file i found

i dont know what it is...and the contents have all Z's as names..tried opening some, but couldnt. delete it? the file size is large i beleive..over 2000 entries. dated 3/26. the folder just showed up one day...very odd..am cautious.

Have you recently used Bleachbit or Ccleaner to wipe free space? If so... have you rebooted the computer? If you use one of these programs to wipe the free space of your drive, it will create folders like this that usually disappear after a reboot.

just did wipe free space...and its gone. thx for help mates.
