So it's always the first question. Have you tested the health of the hard drive?

Crystal Disk Info says Health Good for both HDDs.

Test your memory with MemTest86

Test one stick at a time and run at least 5 passes on each stick.

This was last time I was doing it:

It wasn't that long time ago.

So I'm pretty sure that my RAM and HDDs didn't die.

Is there any purpose of repairing it with programs like; reimagerepair or techutilities and programs like that?

Jarrus  I need you to answer some questions here

when do windows 10 freeze and crash all the time?

or

only when doing some task?

what antivirus programs do you use the computer?

I notice delay on keyboard and mouse from time to time. Mini freezes and delays, and it crushes when I open some stuff like AMD drivers or HWmonitor. Complete freeze. I tried to record videos yesterday, and I noticed there is 15 minute ok, and for some reason, I can only see 2 minutes of video, rest is same picture and audio is ok... And when I try to edit it; same problem, audio goes, but video is frozen. Delay in mouse and keyboard is huge.

This is problem.

So .. is it system/windows error? Did I install wrong software? Hardware error or? Will reinstallation of new Windows solve problem or?

Edit:

I don't have antivirus. Stock updated windows 10 education version I have.

Amuse me and remove that 4gig stick of ram temporarily. See how it runs after that.
