How to install KB4078407 and KB4091666 updates

please i would like to know do i need to install KB4078407 and KB4091666 updates? i'm using win10 Fall Creators Update

you can manually download and install them from windows catlog https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

ok when i double clicked on "kb4078407_34d9cffcab2d46044e625484085ca7c6c3888396.exe" couple times, it does nothing, any suggestions?

Right click on the update you downloaded select properties in the context menu and in the general tab you should see the word unblock. Select unblock click ok and then try running the update again

If your running a copy of windows 10 spring update i ran into that problem also but when i searched Microsoft update catalog the update wasnt there was my case. So we'll probably have to deal with it until the os is finally released and patches start coming out
