Windows update 1803 VPN issue

Hello Brian

I have just updated Windows 10
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803
Successfully installed on ‎02/‎05/‎2018
immediately after this update when I open and connect using PIA VPN it connects then after about 30 seconds there is no Internet access.
If I turn off the VPN Internet access resumes.
Any information on how to sort this out would be much appreciated.

this also happens to me when I updated to Feature update

what happens is that when windows updated  enable all network adapters

now let's say you wifi card install on the computer and an Ethernet  card install

if you have both adopters enable PIA will not work


yyou will need to disable one of them in order for PIA to work



example

as you can see Ethernet is disabled and wifi is enabled

Ethernet 2 is for PIA to work so that you need to be enabled

Thanks guys, after reading your posts i had a look....had ethernet connected,,,no wireless adapter as i only use wired on this pc.

It also showed ...'PIA Network cable unplugged TAP-Windows Adapter V9'

I dissabled it and PIA would not connect and it asked to reinstall TAP adaptor.....I re-enabled Tap adaptor it now says... PIA Network cable unplugged TAP-Windows Adapter V9... and has a red X on it...BUT it works now.
