Thanks Brian.  If I did that I would have two Ron Barker Users.  I have already had to uninstall Dropbox from User Ron Barker to reinstall on Ron barker.000 because that is where everything else is.  It is the link to 'Search.exe that is the problem.

The OneDrive Folder in Ron Barker is a normal Folder>Search (normal folder). The OneDrive in Ron Barker.000 is the blue cloud shape. Inside that are all my link documents etc. There is also a normal 'Search folder'

Tried again. No luck.

Created a restore point
Disabled Windows Search.exe
Used Unlocker to delete OneDrive (needed to reboot)
Deleted OneDrive in User Ron Barker
Deleted User Ron Barker Folder
OneDrive in Ron Barker.000 working
Computer Management still has user Ron Barker
Enabled Windows Search.exe (Every thing still Ok)
Ran CMD Scannow
User Ron Barker created with OneDrive inside

Note: There is a Search folder in  Ron Barker.000.  This folder is not locked. The search folder in Ron Barker is locked.
