Brian,
I just followed the instructions you provided in your latest video about "Permissions" ...I noticed in the "explain" tab in gpedit.msc (in the "run all administrators in admin approval mode") it says windows defender show this: : If this policy setting is disabled, the Security Center notifies you that the overall security of the operating system has been reduced.
Why is this reducing security? And if I have changed the admin account to another name (like I have) will this better protect me?

The best way to fix your issue is use the user method and give that user permissions. Giving everyone permission can be a risk if you don't want to give other user permissions who use the same computer.
Sometimes I forget that not everyone will understand what I am doing, I should of explained it clearer in the video.

Right...as a masonry contractor, even though I do have the know how to build a computer, there are still things that I definitely don't know. But I am learning more by your excellent videos.
