startup is very slow

when I first turn on the pc and log in, all the icons take some time to load..and when I open a browser, that too starts to load slowly. after a while everything starts to run in sync. I looked in startup section, nothing is running , ive turned any non essentials off. there must be a way to boost load time at first startup. -I even am in high performance in the power settings.

jesus christ...sorry for not replying in prompt manner. thx for your reply..ive come to a conclusion that windows 10 is an inferior operating system thats full of annoying bugs and glitches. its very unreliable. when the time comes, i will switch gears and go with a less problematic OS. i will have to live with slow startup issue. yes, its still happening to this day.

Guess you will have a problem windows 10 is Microsoft flagship system
Will be on new OS on less you switch to linux

it is what it is. ive already got the live version of linux (peppermint) and liked it so far. when ill change the OS is unknown.
