Corrupt file system

I got a notification that i should run checkdisk and the log was way different then what im used to.

If the drive status in "Security and Maintenance" shows that they are all working properly as illustrated below, it should be fine

I forgot to mention it my bad but the corrupt filesytem was on an xp machine but i reinstalled the os because after the chkdsk my system was unstable.
