How to change Windows 8x/10 start button orb without Classic Shell

Do someone here. Know how to change Windows 8/8.1/10 start button without Classic Shell. Why because that software is nolonger supported, slow down the computer and change start menu look. I want only start button. If you know where start button orb resource in located please tell me, I thing in some dll file in windows which explorer.exe use.

Its a lot easier using software and I don't think there is a way of changing the start button without software. Never really seen the need to do it and if I did software makes it easier.
