No. unfortunately, not. I downloaded Opera and (I have no access to VPN as my ISP doesn't allow it). It downloaded all 1.3 gb and so I put it on a flash drive with rufus. It doesn't load. I am going to download Brave browser and try that. Already have tried multiple different dns's. Am currently on open dns.

Downloaded and installed Brave browser. I downloaded the link provided by Compton, and used rufus to put it on a usb flash drive. Trying changing DNS, Opera browser, google, and firefox, did not work. Brave seems to have worked perfectly!!!! Thanks for all the help!

In that case, I highly recommend Brave browser for this download.
