Windows 10 startup problem

Hello britec,, am not sure how to navigate through your forum to ask questions,, bcause am am having a big problem..
I followed your regback backup n it didn't work out for me so I want to restore that backup, please guide me on how to restore that backup.

1.From the Start menu, type regedit.exe, and then press Enter. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2.In Registry Editor, click File > Import.
3.In the Import Registry File dialog box, select the location to which you saved the backup copy, select the backup file, and then click Open.
