Hi, I have been using Windows live Mail 2011 and really like it. Lately I have not been able to send, reply to any messages as soon as I click on new e-mail message it shuts down. "Windows live mail has stopped working and will close the program" all the solutions I have tried from Google, Windows live Mail Forms do not work. Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution, a permanent one.

Hi, I have not tried to modify the registry as suggested in the knowledge base. I uninstalled the update and restarted the computer and so far it seems to be working. I will have to make sure that I do not install that update again. If the problem continues I will change the registry as suggested in the link you provided. Thank you so much.
