Hi Eagle, I'm not Brian but I can absolutely help you with changing PowerShell in the Win X menu to Command Prompt/Command Prompt Admin.

Follow these steps please!

1. Go to your desktop and right click
2. Go to "Personalize"
3. In the Personalization list on the left side, choose Taskbar
4. Uncheck the option for "Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShell"
5. Close the settings pane and you are good to go!

Hope this helps! I'm a PowerShell guy but I set mine for Command Prompt also. I always just use a taskbar icon for PS.
