This is on behalf of my Dad. My Dad has a laptop running Windows 10. Today he was in Excel and it started behaving oddly. Hard to explain but if he has a menu open it is flashing between different options if a message comes up. He opened Task Manager and it is flashing between the different options. I don't know if that makes any sense but any help would be appreciated.
Got some videos to upload from android phone. Can anyone help me with this?
My computer is okay at the moment thank goodness.
Quick update. Think "Touch Wood" we found the problem. Dad had an external keyboard plugged in and it fell in a bin so we think maybe a key was being pressed that was causing the problem. So he's unplugged it and so far okay.
