Hi I have created some usb flash drives using various programs you have shown on YouTube. None are letting me do what I would like. I want to have some iso but also want some help file / how to files on the stick. I also want a background for the main menu, different background for the help files. Also, perhaps, a Windows PE Install to run a radio cps file for programming with 5ne stick. Which of the programs would be best for that? Can you give me an idea of how to set it up?

What you asking is pretty easy to do when you know how, its a learning curve your going to have to do to learn how to build them.
Like Compton said, you can use https://www.easy2boot.com/ It was created to make things easy for people who don't want to sit down and learn all about it. The programs lets you change backgrounds and add your own ISO files, Steve has made helpful tutorials to show you how to use his software. Hope this helps.
