Unable to burn files to cd Windows 10
#1
I've spent too many hours studying throughout all of the research available to better understand why it is that I'm unable to burn files to my CD/DVD.
Going through all videos and all research papers with no solution.
This is an error message received from my last effort:
cstarBurn_ScsiTransportSPTI::ExecuteCDB(): Command failed

After getting this error message in then unstinalled all downloaded burning programs, tried it with just Windows 10 and no change to results.

I don't find anything of value when researching error code papers.

Not knowing what it is that I don't know on this subject, any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is the stats as to my computer/operating system

CdBurnerXP was my latest In which I attempted.

I'm able to

Yes the player plays and opens repair iso's.
It's only when attempting to burn to the DVD/CD that I get the error.
Thinking I may have had an issue with the DVD hardware I purchased an external DVD
in which has the same symptoms.

I'm using Sony DVD+RW 4.7 GB

I've recently tried using imgburn but will give it another spin (sorry) and try it again.

My wife and I are flying to the East Coast (Maryland) today and need to continue this when I get back.

I'm returning on Oct 16.
